Our Mission

We provide advice to condominiums, cooperatives, real estate developers, rental owners on a wide range of subjects. New developments, rental units, luxury condominiums and boutique cooperatives need a wide array of services. Aside from property management, the buildings' operators need to know whether they are paying their fair share of expenses, do they really need to upgrade part of the mechanical plant, how much is the sale of a portion of common area worth,how does a building terminate an employee. Company Profile

Leslie Bogen Winkler, principal, has been involved in New York real estate for almost 40 years. She has been President or Vice-President and Director of Property Management in three companies. In addition she is an expert on budgets for new developments having certified approximately 200 budgets that have been submitted to the New York attorney general's office for new construction or conversion properties.

Leslie possesses B.S., MA and MBA degrees from New York University. She achieved membership in the honorary Beta Gamma Sigma Society from NYU's prestigious Stern School of Business.

Leslie has been an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She served on the Management Council, co-chaired the annual Residential Leadership awards breakfast, and has served on many other REBNY committees.

Leslie has been quoted in the New York Times, Habitat, Cooperator and other publications.

Leslie's relationship with Shapiro & Druck, P.C., attorneys-at-law, provide the firm with additional legal expertise.

Our New Division

We now offer custom software development services for the industry. We have developed compliance related programs that check city and state databases for various compliance items not normally covered by other monitioring services. API (application program interface) have been developed to integrate website with accounting software. In addition, we have programs that send email notices when a property manager changes.
