We are generally entirely responsible for writing the “Schedule B” or First Year Operating Budget as well as determining common interest percentages for condominiums and number of shares per apartment in a cooperative.
During the last 40 years, Leslie Winkler, the principal budget expert, has worked on over 200 of these Schedules “B” and “A.” The Schedule A shows prospective buyers the expected costs to own their apartment/unit during the first year of operation.
